Super happy with the service I received from South End Plumbing. I called for low water pressure they came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and came out the next morning to fix it. I had two separate technicians one for diagnostic and one for repair and they both were great and very responsive. They say no trip fee and free estimates, both were true in my case and I only paid for the part and repair which I thought was reasonable considering trip fees and diagnostic fees will add up. Another think I like was with my issue he had a sheet with all the pricing, I actually liked that because I knew I was getting a legit price and not something just made up. Thank you and I highly recommend!!

Briefly. Had a big plumbing problem with flooding. Called South End, set an appointment for the morning. Johnnie arrive on time, clean cut and ready to fix. Spent an hour carefully locating leaking pipes and fixing them. He succeeded where another firm had charged me for a repair that did not hold. I liked South End. Serious, courteous and skilled folks, who do what they say, professional, reasonable charge, and a totally correct pipe leak fix. Johnnie also walks on water although very courteous and modest. South End is the small business which works hard to please its customers, something somewhat rare.

There is absolutely nothing i could say to show my appreciation to South end! They were the only company that could guarantee a technician would make it out the same day right before Christmas. They were courteous from the first call to them, to when the technician showed up. I want to say his name was Bradley, but I might be mistaken, nonetheless, he was very informative and polite and respected my home. Common courtesy goes a long way, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone i know. Thank you very much!

Shannon was amazing! She was professional, personable and solved challenging plumbing issues often found in older homes. Very Pleased with South end Heating and air. After having my heat pump installed 6 years ago by another company my heat never worked properly had other companies come out to try resolve my issue. they could not understand why the temperature was not satisfying to the set point. South end came out and within 15 minutes found that my electric heat strip was never wired in. Would Highly recommend this company to everyone.

Man came out on the first day charged us 150 dollars. Told us the disposal was fixed. The next day the disposal was completely shot. No noises. Nothing working and we now had standing water in our dishwasher. You guys came out charged us another 400 dollars. Not once was there a mention of the previous work. Apologies or explanation for why the first time was a total fail. Guy left confident that it was repaired. Not the mention on day 1 you gave us a window of 11-2. No one called or showed up. I had to call at 3 to then be put on hold and told I would get a return call shortly with an update on the driver…30 minutes later. No call i had to call AGAIN and was met by a few rude lady on the phone. I mean VERY rude. The whole experience was a disaster and we have already moved on from this company.
